Payment & Booking Policy

Deposit Requirements

  • A 100% deposit is required for all bookings.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 14:00
  • Check-out time: 10:00
  • Guests arriving late or requiring special check-out arrangements must inform management in advance.

Booking Conditions

  • Same-day bookings are not accepted.
  • Bookings must be made at least 1 day prior to arrival.
  • Cut-off time for new bookings: 16:00
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is forfeited.
  • If cancelled 14 days before arrival: 80% of the deposit is forfeited.
  • If cancelled 21 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
  • If cancelled 30 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit is forfeited.

Payment Options

  • Phone or email Bookings: Bank EFT or PayBridge link that will be provided.
  • Website Bookings: PayBridge and EFT provided on bookings portal.
  • Card machine available onsite for additional purchases.

Booking Platform Updates

  • This policy applies to all direct and online bookings.
